Timing can also vary based on whether you want the PC fully assembled by our team (which includes build time and testing) or if you’re ordering the parts to assemble it yourself, which can be quicker because it skips assembly and testing. Once your order and build option are confirmed, we’ll provide a clear estimated timeframe and keep you updated if anything changes.

Print times vary depending on the size, detail level, material, and how many items are in the queue. Some prints can be completed quickly, while others may require longer printing and finishing time to achieve the best result. Once we have your file or requirements, we’ll give you an estimated turnaround time and communicate progress so you know exactly what to expect.

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within our stated return period, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm whether it qualifies for a refund, exchange, or store credit in line with our policy.
